System Maintenance
System Maintenance is the gateway to the system. Components needed are entered and maintain here. The left column is reserved for Reports and Views while the right horizontal menu is reserved for database maintenance, Adding, Updating, Deleting, and additional Searching.
Client Profile is the Master record for each client. It is the lead in for their vehicles and services data. The system provides for unlimited clients.
Client Vehicles shows vehicles linked to an owner client and is the lead in for its services data.
Each vehicle has its own history for services performed. The system provides for unlimited vehicles.
Service Data shows owner's vehicle and its associated service data. The system provides for unlimited service records per vehicle.
Client Profile Search Option
Multi level combination search against the client database. Select criteria and search. Used to quickly locate a client to add or update vehicle data and or services.
Employee Profile Data
Employee Database maintenance. Search, add and update pertinent data about an employee.
Also, multi-access levels for employees.
Client Master List
Shows all clients on file and their location geographically. Can be printed on demand.
Performance Tracking
Using several search criteria, retreive exactly the data you need. For example, if you would like to know all "VIP" clients that had a "Full Detail Service" in the first quarter of 2017, the search would read as follows. Type of Client = VIP, Service Performed = Full Detail Service, Service Date=01/01/2017 to 03/31/2017. Total Cost will appear, showing income for that period, for that particular service.
Year-To-Date Services Activities
Used to group services by product, provider, date, cost and location. A tool to analze activity as it relates to services rendered. Can be printed on demand.
Reminders Log
Log and prioritize items of importance to be addressed in the future.
Job Scheduler
Schedule shop activity as it relates to when, whom, where and what is to be performed daily or in the future. Shows the client, his vehicle, the service to be provided and the service provider.
Work Orders can be used in conjunction with Scheduling, great for corporate accounts.
Leads Manager, manage and track your leads the easy way.
Inventory Management
Track inventory and its' dollar value for depreciation and replacement cost if necessary.
Vendor and Purchase Tracking
Know your vendors and exactly what you purchase from them, when and how much. You can have unlimited vendors and unlimited purchase transactions per vendor.
Services Provided
Manage services provided here. Cost is separated from services to facilitate a different cost for the same service depending on the client standing.
Type of Client
Capture type of client here. Corporate, Dealership, VIP, Bank, Credit Union, etc.
In-shop Incident Log
Stuff happens. Log incidents that occur in the shop or at a clients' site, along with details, date, repair cost, photo if needed and resolution.
Client Vehicle Profile
Client Vehicle Profile shows all vehicles on file for a given client. The system provides for unlimited vehicle records per client.
Client Service Data
Service Data shows owner's vehicle and its associated service data. The system provides for unlimited service records per vehicle.
Client Vehicle Public View - Screen 1
Indulge your clients. For those special or unique clients you can allow them to view their vehicles and services history on demand. All they need is their Client ID (user) and Email Address (password) along with a special link to the login page, all supplied by you, the Detailer.

Transaction Export
Locate transactions by type of service, date range or both and export them in several different formats. Most formats can be restructured for input into such systems as Quick Books and such.
