Termination - Both YOU and detailerscompanion.com reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. Detailerscompanion.com may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice or compensation to YOU if YOU violate any term of this Agreement. Detailerscompanion.com reserves the right to suspend all accounts due to non-payment. Accounts suspended due to non-payment for a period of 10 days will be terminated. Detailerscompanion.com will not be responsible for any lost data associated with terminated accounts following suspension due to non-payment. Information/data for suspended accounts will remain stored until the 10th day of suspension, at which time the account will be terminated and data/info deleted.
Service – Detailerscompanion.com will provide YOU with storage space on our database/server for managing /storing your business data according to a selected plan at the site detailerscompanion.com . YOU agree to the published subscription fee.
Fair Use Policy: YOU agree to use the storage space provided to you by detailerscompanion.com for the purposes of housing data relative to your business activities.
Limitations: any content stored in the database that is prohibited by the laws of any sovereign state, obscene under the laws of any sovereign state, or otherwise considered by detailerscompanion.com in its sole discretion, to be offensive, disruptive, obscene, inappropriate or otherwise an administrative burden, may be removed or deleted without any compensation to YOU. Both parties agree to unlimited users and storage space.
Amendments - YOU agree to abide by any amendments made to this Agreement, from time to time, as posted at detailerscompanion.com .
Renewal - upon expiration, this Agreement will renew automatically for the same duration as previously agreed to, unless you advise detailerscompanion.com otherwise, prior to said expiration. YOU agree to monthly/annual renewal fees of your subscription (recurring billing).
Detailerscompanion.com charges a flat fee for web design services. There are no recurring fees associated with web design services. There is, however a fee associated with a change for existing web sites. A fee of $20.00 USD per hour will be charged for major changes. Major changes include re-designing a page, banner, and/or graphic. To make/request a change to an existing web site please submit your request to our support team.
Refunds - There will be no refunds for services previously rendered.
