Office On The Go (CRM) has added multi- access levels for employees. Levels have been fixed according to most detailing industry standards. Administrator, the individual who controls all employee's access throughout the entire system. Office Manager, the individual who normally performs major office clerical functions and reporting. Shop Manager, the individual who manages the shop floor to ensure that all is functioning properly and to accomodate the detailers' needs and ensure work orders are completed on time. Detailers, perform the actual task of servicing the vehicle, in addition to posting the vehicles and services completed.
