Client Database Management

• Detailers’ Client Database has been designed to accommodate unlimited clients, unlimited vehicles per client, unlimited service records (history) for each vehicle and the performance history of each staffer who performed the service.

  
  

  Other features include email gathering for bulk mail campaigns, a client master list of all clients on file, a schedule containing upcoming appointments relating to when, where, and who will perform the service.

• Engage your clients.  Clients are able to view and monitor their service history.  Initally, the client will be assigned a unique ID.  This ID in conjuction with their email address, will allow them access to their history/service records.  Optional Appointment management can be activated.
